Can I change an order after placing it?
Call the branch as soon as you can. Once the kitchen has started cooking we usually cannot change the order, but we will always try.
How do pickup and delivery timing work?
Pickup orders are ready in 20–25 minutes. Delivery across Osu, Labone, Cantonments and Airport Residential takes 35–45 minutes.
How do rewards points get earned?
Points accrue on every completed order once you are signed in. Rewards are redeemed at checkout.
How do allergens and ingredients get listed?
Each menu item lists its description in the ordering app. For a specific allergen question, call the branch before ordering.
